Dear Students, Families, and Staff,

As we begin this exciting new school year, I want to extend a heartfelt welcome to each of you. Whether you are returning or joining us for the first time, we are thrilled to have you as part of our school community.

This year brings new opportunities for growth, learning, and connection. Together, we will continue to foster a safe, inclusive, and inspiring environment where every student can thrive. Our dedicated staff is eager to support our students in reaching their full potential, and we are committed to working in partnership with families to ensure a successful year for all.  Parents can walk their student(s) to the classroom the first two days of school to meet the teacher.  

Important Schedule Information:

• First Day of School Dismissal is August 6th:  11:50 AM
• Regular Weekly Schedule:
  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: Dismissal at 2:20 PM
  • Every Wednesday: Dismissal at 11:50 AM

Morning Drop-Off:

• SDC parents will continue to enter through the middle gate and park in the designated cone area.
• All other families may join the car line down Poplar Avenue or park along the street and walk your child to school.

Afternoon Dismissal:

• Upper grade students and siblings can be picked up at the South Gate by joining the car line on Poplar Avenue.
• You may also pick up your child at the North Gate, but please park your car and walk to retrieve your student.
